Chef Sidney has always loved being in the kitchen since he was a young boy growing up in Newark, New Jersey. He learned how to cook from the women and men in his family. Sidney has developed a love and passion for the different styles and techniques of cooking and creating elaborate dishes. He mastered the ability to create cultural meals and ideas by putting himself through Culinary School at Star Career Academy Culinary Institute. He graduated in 2012 with certification in professional cooking and baking. 

 

Since then he has worked in several restaurants and institutions as an executive chef. Being a part of a culinary team has help shape his skills and leadership as well. 

 

Sidney enjoys spending time with wife, children, family and friends. He likes music, art, fine dining and traveling.
